  2. To adjust the Variable Friction Arm loosen the Adjustment Knob by turning it counter clockwise until all joints are loose.
    • To adjust the Variable Friction Arm loosen the Adjustment Knob by turning it counter clockwise until all joints are loose.

    • Always make sure to hold your Device Cradle (if present) before loosening any joint on a Beyond Adaptive Arm. Failure to follow this instruction could result in damage to your Device or Mount.

    • Position the arm where you need and re-tighten the Adjustment Knob until the arm is secure.

    • The Variable Friction arm has a 360 degree range of motion for unlimited possible positioning.

    • You may need to rotate the clamp or cradle into the notch to reach your desired position.

    • This arm works in conjunction with a clamp and cradle to mount your up to 6.6 lb (3kg) device. The arm has a reach of almost 21” (53.0 cm).
